The company has 20 production divisions, 10 R&D Centres and one Facilities Management Division. Applications from fresh Engineering Graduates are recently invited by the HAL for recruitment to various posts of Design Trainees & Management Trainees (Technical) on regular basis. Job Type: Permanent

Job Location: Selected candidates would be posted in any of the Production, Overhaul or Services Divisions / Research & Design Centres / Offices, based on the requirements of HAL.

Salary / Pay Scale: Pay Scale is Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-.

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Degree holders in Aeronautical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Computer Science Other their relevant branches can apply for these posts. Details of relevant branches are as under –

Experience (If Any): Freshers can apply.

Age Limit: Upper Age limit not above 28 years as on 05.04.2021 for General & EWS category candidates. Relaxation for reserved category candidates will be as per the Government of India Rules.

Selection Process: Selection process for the posts of Design Trainees / Management Trainees in HAL will comprise of All-India based Online Selection Test and Interview.

Application Fees: Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) is to be paid as Application Fee.

Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PwBD categories are exempted from the payment of Application Fee.
